How would you like to take a course to help you perfect your craft or just have fun learning something new from your local baker?  We are now offering sourdough courses for Winter 2024.  Our course is a public course located at our commercial kitchen in Meridian. It is designed for you to see all aspects of the sourdough process from feeding your starter, mixing the dough, fermentation, shaping, and baking. Plus you get to ask any questions you have to help you understand what is sourdough and why choose sourdough.
