About the event

This is a public course held at our commercial kitchen in Meridian, ID.  This course is not only for beginners, but also for those with experience who would like to learn more. The course will cover all aspects of the sourdough process. From feeding the starter, to mixing, fermenting, shaping, baking, and everything in between.  You will have the opportunity to see and practice techniques along with asking questions along the way.  Every student will recieve a loaf of bread, along with dried and fresh sourdough starter that we use everyday in the bakery.
